Payment Methods
Credit, debit, or HSA/FSA cards are accepted. Payment is collected securely through the TherapyAppointment portal at the time of each session.
Cancellations & No-Shows
I understand that life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged the full $150 no-show fee.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, all private-pay clients are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services. This will be provided before your first session.
